I sent Caroline a 71/4 quart LeCreuset dutch oven last week and it was delivered to me instead of her. Not sure how I did that. When I got it, I realized it was too big, she will never use it and I meant to send the 5 1/2 quart one. Oh well, I have really been wanting that one. I sent her another one and made a huge pot of Bolognese Sauce this afternoon, and now I'm making the Chicken & Dumplings from Heidi's recipe. I love it when I make that kind of mistake.
