  • Honey Mustard Chicken with Noodle Salad

This is an easy one, but the kids love it.

    Ingredients:

    4-6 Chicken breasts
    12 slices of Bacon (uncooked)
    3 tsp of honey
    1 tsp of dijonaise mustard
salt, white pepper, sugar, lemon juice

    800g peas
250g or a little more (isn't that exact! I usually make a whole box for my family) of twisty fun noodles
    1 medium red bell pepper
    100g miracle whip
    250g plain yogurt

    1. Wash the chicken breasts under cool water, dry with a paper towel, and cut in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Wrap each piece of Chicken in one piece of bacon. If necessary, secure with a toothpick.
    3. Bake chicken at 400F for 15-20 minutes. This can also be done on the barbecue grill.
    4. Mix honey and mustard together. Brush it over the meat and then cook the meat for an additional 10 minutes.
    5. Cook and drain the noodles. Add peas, and bell pepper(cut into strips). Add yogurt, miracle whip, a touch of lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste. Mix together.

    Yummy! =)
