  • Homemade Ricotta

Made this for the super bowl--it turned out super yummy. I have a cousin who always used to make homemade ricotta and turn it into an awesome cracker spread, so I followed suit.

I added pink sea salt (Thanks super-awesome secret santa Vishenka ), fresh ground pepper, sorta fresh basil (from a tube--I hate buying basil and watching it rot), and fresh garlic.

It's 10x better than store-bought ricotta and it is the ONLY cheese DF will touch.

Plus it's really easy and only requires a gallon of milk and vinegar.

My sister and I are going to team up soon and make completely homemade cannoli--we're good little 1/4 Italian girls
