  • Whole Milk

So we bought some whole milk to make icecream about 2 weeks or so ago and I used it again to make icecream today....

it smelled normal and looked normal when I measured a cup to make the icecream, BUT then when I went to throw out the rest of the jug I notced it was chunky at the bottom! Eww! So does that mean it is bad? Or is that normal?

meh- smelled good, taste good...I say good-to-go. I think milk is one of those food products that really lets you know if there is a problem. I use buttermilk all the time and it is chunky...

Me too! I get all nutty about the dates and J will eat it if it looks/smells OK. I keep thinking he is going to to die from food poisoning, but it never phases him.
