I have some overripe strawberries and I want to put them in some muffins! Does anyone have a muffin recipe that they love? I still haven't really found a keeper...

Re: muffin recipes?
There is a good recipe on allrecipes.com. I think it's called Best Ever Muffins. I add chocolate chips, but It can be adapted easily for most things. Especially fruits. The batter isn't too sweet.

Re: muffin recipes?
Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 c. Flour
3 t. Baking powder
1/2 t. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
1. Egg
1 c. Milk
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1 c. Chips
400*F
about 18 min for 6 large muffins
That's the recipe as I've adapted it for chocolaye chips. For strawberry muffins I'd just replace the cup of chips w a cup of chopped strawberries. If you make 12 regular muffins, you might want to shorten the bake time.
