Egg Roll Wrappers

I have a pack that I need to use, and I can't even remember why I bought them!!! Any Suggestions? Some type of casserole, etc??

Yum! Do you not like egg rolls? My mom had an Americanizez version where she browned hamburger meat, then put some cabbage (and maybe some soy sauce, I can't remember) into the skillet for just a little bit. Then we used that as th filling and wrapped them in the wrappers. She fried them in a Fry Daddy, but I'm sure you could use a deep skillet or pot and vegetable oil. The cabbage makes them healthy!
