  • Raclette

Does anyone else here have a Raclette and use it for entertaining or fun family meals? I'd love to swap recipes!

The term "raclette" only brings to mind the scientific article published in the Annals of Improbable Research entitled "Laser Cheese Raclette".

We don't do raclette nor anything else that I know from having lived in Germany.

      My husband doesn't like cheese.

I know, I know, what kind of German is he? (doesn't like potatoes either!)

I had to look it up since I've never heard of raclette. Is it basically like a fondue on a grill with cheese and potatoes or do you also do different items? Seems like a fun thing to do.

Warm, gooey cheese? I would weigh 300 pounds!
