    chocolate cobbler

    I made this last night. It was in a moment of complete desperation for chocolate. It was easy, and it actually turned out pretty yummy! Next time I make it I will use less sugar and probably more cocoa powder. Maybe even some chocolate chips. Anyway, it was yummy. Kind of like chocolate lava cake. (my fave) but super easy to throw together. Brownies...with melty brownie butter sauce underneath. With a giant scoop of ice cream.

              It was a huuuuuuge hit. DS declared it "the most scrumptious thing, evah!" I've been given leave to make it anytime. It truly is ridiculously easy. I thought the recipe was weird, but it turned out fabulously and everyone raved about it.
