I am in love with quinoa. It is my go to grain. Made stir fry the other night and now making black beans and quinoa. So good!!

We started eating it in the past year as well. Never tried it oatmeal-style...sounds good and maybe a little more nutritious than farina.
There is some hullabaloo about how the popularity of quinoa in the US has made it too expensive for native eaters to buy...would post the link but I'm on the iPhone. There are Fair Trade versions out there if that bothers you.Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.
