  • French Fries

I've tried I don't even know how many ways to make homemade french fries, they never crisp, they're always soggy. The only solution we'd found was to double fry them which isn't healthy or fast.

This recipe is the best homemade fries I've ever made.

I was skeptical the first time I flipped them that they were going to cook in the allotted time but they did and they were YUMMY!

Thanks! We've been trying to make crispy sweet potato fries for the last few months with no luck. I'm going to make this using sweet potatoes instead of russet and see if it will work with them.
