  • Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

I made these last night and they were super great! They were easy to do as well. The dipping sauce makes a ton, so I would consider making a smaller batch. I made a few changes due to ingredients on hand. I used ginger powder instead of fresh ginger, brown rice instead of the rice noodles and added in one carrot that I shredded. Dh devoured them and I had to tell him to stop and save me some as he ate twice as fast as I could! lol!

Yum--these look somewhat similar to summer rolls. I'm a huge fan of those

We looooove lettuce wraps. Even our youngest, who'd be happiest surviving on pizza and turkey burgers, loses his marbles over wraps.

Thanks for this, Ides. Maybe I can get DH, the meatasaurus, to eat them.
