I tried a new recipe tonight. I am trying to lower my carb intake once again and eat better so I can look good in pictures on my honeymoon that finally occurs next month. I made sundried tomato chicken and steamed broccoli. It was really good and hit the spot!

Passover will help you get a jump start on that. It's like a week of Atkins.

Tonight, baked chicken and salad. Tomorrow "repeats" and I'll be preparing for Seder on Friday. Lots of work for just us; seems silly to make matzo balls, charoset, eggs, fish, etc for just us but I have to make a to-do for the kids. We'll be eating this meal for a week.
