  • Pumpkin Spice jello pudding...

... is freakin' good for the 3 minutes of work it takes to make! I made it with skim milk and light cool whip. DD and I nearly ate all of it within 10 minutes after making it. DH asked how come there were only a few table spoons left. Then he tried it, and stopped asking such silly questions. I think it's a limited time only product. I went back to the store and bought 6 more boxes!

omgosh. I've had a box of it sitting in my pantry since last winter waiting to be consumed. I am totally going to make it tonight. I was thinking I might make some cookies or something with it, but if it's that good....I'll be eating it. Thanks!!

Just remember I've been on a diet since June so ANYTHING remotely close to good would be like heaven to me. I only posted because DH also said he really liked it.

I made it Saturday. It was heavenly. I'd make it with real cream, though
