LOL. I don't know about others, but I didn't do a complete inventory! Just the staples, the stuff I need to have on hand at all times in order to cook dinner or lunch. Coffee and tea and beer and wine and Diet Coke are omnipresent, but different.
Pantry: lots of raw nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds, walnuts), pistachios and macadamias, nut butters, non-GMO popping corn , granny smith and gala apples, sweet potatoes, onions, pine nuts, coconut milk/cream, coconut oil, EVOO, regular olive oil (to make mayo), a bunch of random oils (ie sesame, walnut, etc), a few different vinegars, some dried fruits, raw honey and some other local varieties, lots of herbs/spices and mineral salts. I also have baking and chocolate making supplies. (I don't know if anyone noticed a previous post in the cookie exchange thread, but I have almost 30 lbs of Callebaut milk chocolate and about 10 pounds of bittersweet. GAH!) The kids also love Kind bars and fruit strips. Oh, and boxed wine for cooking with. It doesn't go bad!
Fridge: butter (grassfed of course), no less than 5 dozen eggs at a time, coconut flakes, heavy cream, bacon, cheese, lots of different kinds of veggies and berries. The kids really like lemonade and juice, but I'm slowly weaning them off that and on to water. We don't drink milk.
