I've been really impressed with Kroger lately. They've started offering a lot of organic store brand options, and you can usually find organic versions of their fruits, vegetables, and meats. I'm sure in bigger cities than mine, the selection is even better.

We have been almost a year away from a TJs. I did the bulk of my weekly shopping there: rice, beans, tomato soup, nuts, dried fruit, frozen fish (cod, salmon, Mahi Mahi), Mediterranean hummus, bread, tortillas, cheese, crackers, fage yogurt. I would get some produce there but got the bulk of it at Sunflower. I haven't seen prices as low as TJs anywhere else for nuts and dried fruit. I miss it.

Hummus here too...the Eggplant garlic one especially and frozen tamales. FYI-steer clear of the ginger candy (I've been nauseous from new pill) because TJs has lead in it.
