  • Gluten Free Brunch

Ok ladies, give me your best gluten free brunch recipes - or at least ideas of what to serve??

We are hosting MIL, FIL, BIL & SIL on the 26th before BIL & SIL fly home...

    BRGR?

Other than that, obviously opposite of what I have to serve, but what about quiches with gluten-free crust (or crustless mini quiches)? Fresh fruit platter, maybe a yummy potato dish.

Stumbled across this site, looks delicious: http://tasty-yummies.com/2013/03/28/...runch-recipes/

Omlettes or frittattas? You can do a frittatta/crustless quiche in a baking pan or large skillet, or mini ones in muffin tins. Or something like: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/reci...yme-and-garlic or http://iowagirleats.com/2012/02/16/m...e-quinoa-cups/

Add a fruit bowl and you're just about there.

Honestly when I'm cooking breakfast for others I usually just go with eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, fruit, etc. Or make GF pancakes or french toast plus eggs and/or sausages. I just use the GF pancake mix they sell at Target, but you always have to add about a 1/4-1/3 cup extra milk, the batter is super thick.

You can always do parfaits with granola using GF oats!

Eggs Benedict with hash browns as the base instead if an English muffin...

Chilaquiles with a poached egg on top...

Check with guests before serving oats - about 10% of people with gluten intolerance are also sensitive to oats.
