    Prime Rib

    My in laws are visiting for Christmas, part of the deal (getting MIL and FIL to the royal tundra when they enjoy their FL temps) was that I'd make Christmas dinner. I'd like to make prime rib and will be practicing on a couple friends / dinner party a few weeks before.

    My favorite recipe doesn't sound amazeballs, but it makes a perfect prime rib every time. . I'll post the recipe later.
