Okay, so who's got a really good beef recipe (not prime rib) that we can do in place of turkey for Thanksgiving? Yummy and flavorful even when done medium-well.

ST, no we actually love turkey and the boys make a really good bacon wrapped turkey but we all kinda wanted a different meat this year

I don't have a specific recipe for it, but beef tenderloin is really tasty and easy to work with (but expensive).
