Help! Looking for a easy Vegan Nut-Free dessert to bring the kindergarteners for K1's birthday. Am I limited to sherbert and oreos?

Homemade or store bought? I've got so many recipes, it just depends on what you are hoping to make.

Either. I'll do homemade if it's easy.

Oreos are by far the easiest, but food allergy mama is a great source of recipes that'd fit the bill.

You can sub shortening for butter in most cookie recipes, too. If you get the stick form it's pretty easy to manage.

Don't use earth balance in baking, it tastes awful. We do shortening or coconut oil (obv you'd want to check allergens bc although not a "nut" coconut is not an uncommon allergen)
