• Freezer meal recipes or websites?

We just bought a chest freezer and I want to fill it up! Well, not exactly but I want to have a bunch of meals prepared and frozen for after baby is here.
A lot of the recipes on Pinterest are pretty calorific. Any ideas on a website or recipes with healthier alternatives?
Anything you didn't think of preparing but wish you had?
I have a lot of zucchini, butternut squash and tomatoes (if they ever ripen) from our garden if that helps. I have been vac packing and freezing them for winter as I go.
I never got to do this with DS because we didn't have the freezer space.

I like Once a Month Meals. I really should get back into doing more freezer meals.

I used Once a Month Cooking cookbooks when DD was a baby. It was a lot of work doing the huge shopping trip and preparing the food, but the rest of the time was really simple. We usually only did the two week plans, since DH was gone a lot of nights, and we didn't really have the space for more. I liked that there was a nice variety. I know a lot of casseroles that freeze well, but this gave us a lot more options. Here is a link to the cookbook: http://smile.amazon.com/dp/0312366256. And here is a link to a sample one-week meal plan: http://www.once-a-monthcooking.com/i...06Complete.pdf.

Thanks ladymoreta. Downloaded the book. Great ideas in there!
In the meantime, I've been making double of some of our favorite meals and freezing half so we don't miss out on those. Tonight is chicken and mushroom risotto made with barley instead of rice. Seriously tastes exactly the same! Great low carb alternative.
