Here's one from a friend of mine. It is regular chocolate chip cookies, but the addition of corn flakes and oatmeal give them a little crunch.
Mix:
1 cup butter flavor shorting
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add 2 eggs & 1 tsp vanilla
In 2nd bowl
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
dash of Cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
Pour flour mixture into sugar mixture beat well.
Stir in
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of choc. chips (I usually use more)
Bake at 350 for 10-15 min.Awake is the new sleep!
