  • www.foodnetwork.com rocks!!!

I just want to let everyone know about foodnetwork.com! It's easier than buying a cookbook, there is huge variety and easy to print recipe cards!!
I personally love the recipes that come from the 30 minute meals show as well as emeril's recipes! I am always on the hunt for something quick, easy, healthy and delicious!
I have found it to be much easier than any cookbook due to the shear volume of recipes from every show that include produce lists, ratings, easy vs. hard, time etc.
If you are looking to do something new with salmon - type in salmon and search for the countless recipes for salmon!
This site has gotten me out of the monotous routine of making the same thing over and over.
I am also eating a little healthier now and experimenting with produce that I would never think to buy at the store!

    www.allrecipes.com does too!

I love http://www.allrecipes.com, too. Be sure to read the reviews, though. I tend to stick to recipes that have LOTS of reviews and feedback b/c I know they're safe. I still think some moron will put some disgusting sawdust recipe on there someday just to see how many fools try it.

Here's a funny note about the 30 minute meals host, Rachel Ray. My cousin actually works for Pie Town productions (they make Rachel's other show "$40 a Day"). I visited my cousin at work with my older son (he was 10 1/2 months old at the time), and Rachel was there talking to some of my cousin's staff. She looked at my son and said "He's a hottie!", so now I always tell people that Rachel Ray thinks Jacob is a hottie. He seems to be keen on her, too. We were watching 30 minute meals the other day and when it was over Jacob said "I want to watch her cook again!"
