My sister and I just made the cutest little treats for my girls' Valentine's parties.
The end result looks like little hamburgers.
You take a vanilla wafer, put a layer of chocolate frosting on it. Add some cocunut that is dyed green (to look like lettuce), a squirt of red and yellow frosting (ketchup and mustard) and put another vanilla wafer on top.
They hold together nicely and transport without falling apart. I didn't taste them (how good could vanilla wafers, frosting and coconut actually be?), but the kids all got a kick out of them. They are really cute!
