This is from the San Antonio Express News; they selected it from many, many recipes, including some of the winners from the annual Margarita Pour Off (a contest for bragging rights for the restaurants in San Antonio- a great time, although planning in advance is vital- you definitely need a designated driver!)
2 ounces 100 percent blue agave tequila
1 1/2 ounces Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice (or fresh)
3/4 ounce Cointreau
Splash Sweet and Sour Mix
Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a margarita glass (filled with crushed ice) that has been salted (if you choose). Or, you can blend it all in a blender and then fill the glass for the frozen version.
