  • Figs

I have figs. Lots and lots and lots of figs. I mean tons. I have already done two batches in the dehydrator and I have another one ready and figs dropping on the ground like crazy. I have even been feeding them to my chickens. Any body have any ideas for what I can do with them? I only marginally like them.

Send them to me! I love figs. But if you don't like them....that is a lot of figs. Hmmm...figs wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with a soft cheese (cream, goat, something like that)....'

Blend some up and freeze it as a non-fat additive to chocolate items like cakes- add the same moisture as cooking oil but no fat.

YUMMY!!!! I wish I could take some off your hands....Both DH and I love em.
mmm...fig jam is really good. I occasionally by one from Whole Foods that is really $$$ for a small jar. It's delish on just about everything. Have you considered making a jam/spread out of it?
