Artichoke Dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded parmasean cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
Blend in Cuisinart
Put in pie pan or other such flat pan or quiche dish
Bake at 400 until edges are brown (usually about 25 to 30 minutes)
Serve warm with crackers for dipping.
