Cheesey Mexican Meatloaf!

2 lbs ground beef
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1/3 cup of choppeed onion
2 slices of white breat torn up into pieces
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
garnish:
avocado
salsa
sour cream
cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, onion, bread and egg. (Mix well!)
Combine shredded cheese and sour cream in a separate container.
Put 1/2 of meat into a loaf pan and make a deep well in the center. Put cheese mixture into the well and then cover with remaining meat, sealing well.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Serve with brown rice.
