Hams are super, super easy. I have a superb rib roast recipe, but it is harder and more expensive. Let me know if you want it.
Ham:
I like to buy spiral sliced honey ham. Put it large side down in a roasting pan, put it in the oven. Take it out and glaze, put it back in. Seriously the directions are right on the ham and could not be easier.
