  • OK, let's post some recipes!!!

I'm on this recipe kick lately because I absolutely love the new magazine called Quick Cooking which Taste of Home magazine puts out!! I have made two desserts from the magazine already and they both turned out well! One was pineapple-coconut pie and the other was Peanut Butter & Jelly pie. They were rich, but ohhhh so good!! I really liked the PBJ pie... yummy!

Well, I'll try to post some over the weekend sometime. Bob's on-call all day Saturday, so I will have some time then. I hope everyone has a great Memorial Weekend!!

Salmon - I love it. I coat Salmon filets with olive oil (or spray it with Pam) and rub Old Bay seasoning all over it. I then place lemon slices on top of it and wrap it in foil and let it marinate for a couple of hours. Then unwrap and place on the grill skin side down and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked(do not turn). When you remove it from the grill the skin will stay on the grill and the fish will be perfect. Serve with a green salad and couscous. (I'll post the couscous recipe later)
