We finally used our grill last night. Wow! It took an entire 4 minutes to grill chicken - how can you beat that?! I admit the clean up wasn't great but I took my sister's wise advice and cleaned the grill up immediately after cooking! This could be a very excellent tool to have around in the later years especially!

I grilled a Halibut filet on Sunday to throw on top of a salad and it did that really well too. I chopped up some ginger in to matchstick size pieces and rubbed the fish with olive oil and then put the ginger on top. Stuck on the grill and it really got the ginger flavor in to the fish. It was fab.
