  • Reuben Dip

I have this recipe for Reuben dip it is so simple and easy to make and always a hit at any the parties I brought it to, I thought I share the recipe

    Reuben Dip
    8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1 cup Thousand Island dressing
About 1/3 pound corned beef, chopped
    About 1 cup sauerkraut

Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, corned beef, dressing and half of the sauerkraut and spread in pie plate. Then top with remaining sauerkraut, then remaining cheese. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Serve with cocktail rye bread, gourmet crackers or cut up regular rye.

(this also works well in crock pot too as i found out just keep it on low or warm)
