DC Jenn - didn't you say you were going to try "saving dinner"? If you did, how has it been working out?

I signed up for it for the trial period and the dinners were OK. They lack major spice. A lot of the meals, crock pot especially seemed blah.

So, instead, I swtiched to eDiets and signed up for the New Meditteranean Diet and have been using that and it's much, much better-

You get yummy low-fat food, a grocery list and a menu for the week for all three meals. (plus wine and a snack!) and I feel great and think I'm actually breaking through the plateau. I really, really like the grocery list aspect, too. Of course, because it's a one person diet, I have to double or triple the amounts, but that's super easy.

I did saving dinners, I liked it, but found that my kids weren't really eating the meals. It is nice to go to the store with a ready-made list, though!
