  • Rachel Ray 365: No repeats

This may need to be in the Book Review section but I have to toot the horn for this book. I got it for Christmas and I LOVE Rachel Ray. Her recipes are so easy, I've never made one I didn't like and they're SO fast! This book literally has 365 different main dish recipes in it. If you are looking for great meals in a short period of time she's a great cook!

I got this for Christmas too! I love it!

Cheri- if you love spicy food there is a great recipe that we tried the other night that has not a kick but a good punch of hot flavor- the Park City Cashew Chicken. As Rachel Ray would say YUMMO!!!

Tonight, we had the Chicken Schnitzel and Red Caraway Cabbage-- mmm!

Also have done the Salsa Stoup and Double Decker Quesadillas- the quesadillas didn't quite turn out how I like them, no biggie I just popped them into a skillet for a few seconds. The Salsa Stoup- I like more seasoning, so I added some of my favorite mexican seasonings, and ended up using the leftover stoup to make a casserole with noodles, cheese and ground beef a couple of nights later.

Have you guys tried her mac and cheese dog casserole? It's not fancy, but it has become a staple in our house!

So....I'm a lot slow. I just figured out soup + stew = stoup. I saw that recipe when I looked at the book in the store and thought: what a weird typo.

I bought this for myself and I have to agree- it's been great.

I pick a few recipes and use them as the basis for meals for the week. Most of her recipes serve four so I either halve them or plan for left overs.

For those of you who have it- the Coconut Shrimp is fantastic. (the one with the rum in it)
