I am sooooo not a tofu junkie. As a matter of fact I am scared to try it. Shhhh don't tell my kids they would have a hay day with it. I would love to go mostly vegitarian but not for the traditional love of all things with faces reason. I took a nutrition class last semester and meat is really just not that good for ya. Anywho.... Anyone got any tasty treats? If it does have tofu I can't be able to see it once its done cooking. I know I know I am such a baby.... :>

I'm not much of a cook so my favorite recipe that I can make myself is a very simple salad. I could post the recipe here but go to this link for a picture of the finished product.

I don't eat a lot of meat either but I do eat it occasionally because it's a great source of protein. So are beans and fish but I need some variety. I'd agree that meat is not all that good but that depends a lot on the preparation too. Grilled chicken breasts and very lean beef are good choices.Cristina

Yes I love chicken and once a year i crave red meat but I am the only one in the house that like fish (i love it as a matter of fact) and no i do not consider fish sticks real fish. I like dairy (except milk) and i like eggs ocationally. I would really like to get some new ideas though. The boys would kill me if i made chicken every day and i can't stand to eat the same 7 meals every week. blah "dat bewwy bowing" (quote from some random disney flick)
