  • Any suggestions for how to prepare bok choy?

Do you have any oyster sauce? Usually I stir fry it with that and some garlic and ginger. Even if you don't have any oyster sauce, I think even just the ginger and garlic will jazz it up a bit.

    Hope that helps!

Another idea for bok choy, especially when it's gotten a little old and wilted...

Boil some chicken broth, add a couple of slices of ginger. Add some Chinese egg noodles, tofu, and bok choy.

One of my DDs favorites, and so easy!

I've done something similar to that last suggestion -- cut it in half, steam in some broth and add to soba noodles and tofu (or whatever protein you want).

eta: This is the recipe I was thinking of:

I think it is better than 2 stars. Something along these lines is good. I got a bunch of recipes with bok choy on the Cooking Light search.

Vegetarian times is always my 'go to' resource for veggie inspiration.

They have a pretty user friendly website.
