Apple Sushi

sounds yummy! i thought i knew where you were going until the cinnamon/sugar & cheese. i do something similar, but w/PB and apples. i'll be sure to try yours!

YUM! DD loved this and polished off quite a few of these for breakfast. I ate more than my share, too.

Apple sushi will be a regular on the breakfast/snack repertoire...(though DD did want to know where the rice was in her sushi. )

that is quite a cultivated little girl! i just bought apples today!
