I want to make something with the butternut squash I bought, but am lost. Anyone have any good recipies for a soup or other main dish for butternut squash?

Check out Eating Well magazine for this month- they have a pear/squash soup that sounds great and I will be making it as soon as I have a decent kitchen.

There's a Cooking Light curried butternut squash soup that is really good. You might be able to find it on their archives.
