  • what's for dinner?

I've found that a grilled cheese sandwich goes very nicely with red wine.

Cereal works but I like hot food with my reds.

Adult version of macaroni and cheese. For me that usually means whatever pasta I have on hand with whatever cheese I have on hand. Boil pasta, grate cheese, put in microwave for about a minute, toss, done.

I do this too when DH isn't home but I add Ranch Dressing and bacon bits - yummy!

I'm doing a German Abendbrot tonight.
Germans usually eat something "warm" for lunch and a smaller dinner. I'm going to do tomato soup (there needs to be SOMETHING warm for me!). I'll slice up some red bell peppers, tomatoes and maybe some apples. Toast some bread for the cold cuts (salami) and slice up some brie to go with the apples. And that's it! It's great!
