  • It's Wine Party Week - help me fill out my menu please!

    Fried ravioli
    Stuffed mushrooms
olive tapenade with crackers or bread
    fruit
pepper and onion relish mixed with cream cheese with chips
    cookies
mini cheesecakes (I have an easy recipe if you want it)

I know you said no cheese, but cream cheese isn't too expensive, and it is the best ingredient ever!

Get a selection of cheeses and breads and crackers, some fancy olives and you're good to go.

An easy, easy appetizer from my healthy cooking cookbook-

Wonton wrappers- take a pizza cutter and cut into triangles. Spread apart on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan or cheddar and pop in the oven until they're lightly browned and melty.

Just for fun, make a 'palate cleanser' for halfway through serve tiny scoops of lemon or lime sorbet in Dixie cups.

Fried Zuchini Fritters with either Pine Nut Sauce or Aeoli

      Cheese and Olive Empanadillas

      Chicken and Ham Croquettes

      Stuffed Pimentos

      Cheese Puffs with Spicy Salsa

Deviled Eggs (I have a couple great recipes - one with terragon too)

Just let me know if any of those sound interesting and I'll type out a recipe for you!!! They are all GREAT and I've made them all myself!!
