Silpats

Anyone else use them? I love mine and cannot imagine baking cookies/breads without them!

funny story: I went to a Silpada party at my neighbor's house. When she delivered my purchases, dh said "What's this? I was expecting those cookie sheets. I thought it was a silpat party."

I had to look up Silpada, but when I saw that it was jewelry...ha ha and he thought he was getting more cookies from you!!

I don't have a silpat. I love them. I will put this on my wish list.

Sad, isn't it? I have a list of kitchen items that are just going to be a wish list for a while (including that Le Crueset dutch oven, *sigh*).

I was wishing for Silpats when I made caramel apples a few weeks ago.

Silpats are truly one of the best kitchen inventions! I absolutely love it.
