My friend taught me to make these YEARS ago when I first moved out and didn't know how to cook / bake / ANYTHING. No bake - terribly easy - and EVIL.
1 c peanut butter
1 c light karo syurp
1 c brown sugar
nuke in big glass bowl 'til melted (stir a couple times)
4 c rice crispies - add to sticky melted mess and stir to coat. spread in 9 x 13 pan
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips
dump in bowl and nuke to melt. spread on top of rice crispie mixture. allow to cool and firm up. eat until you're in a sugar coma.
