  • Ground turkey

Even though I'm vegetarian, two or three times a year I get a craving for meat. This is one of those times. More specifically, I want to eat ground turkey. I've never actually bought ground turkey before. I've cooked ground beef before--do you cook it exactly the same way with ground turkey?

Any special handling tips? So you put it in a frying pan--do you put oil in first or nothing? Don't laugh--I haven't cooked meat in so long I can't remember. I'd like to make a pasta casserole with it.

I like to use ground turkey instead of ground beef whenI make Mexican food , like tacos or nachos. Just by the spice packet & follow the directions... are you sure you wanna "go off the wagon?!"
