I decided to skip from fiction to nonfiction when this book was highlighted in a piece by John Stossel. This is an eye opening book which has changed my mind about several "important" issues on which the media fixates. Truly it is amazing how much the media shapes our perception of reality.

This isn't a breezy book like most of my reads lately, but it is an important one.

I'll have to add that to the teetering stack. I'm pretty sure I saw the author interviewed on TV when the book came out (maybe 4 years ago?). I've thought of it a few times but couldn't remember the title. I think this is the one.
