  • The Janet Evanovich Series

Anybody else into the wonderful world of Stephanie Plum, Girl Bounty Hunter.

I love this series- and have my mother and my aunt hooked now. My SIL is from New Jersey and we have a definite appreciation for all things 'Jersey.

If you haven't read any of them, start at the beginning- the characters are recurring and the storylines develop as the series progresses.

It's brain candy, but who cares.

I love them!!! We live in NJ and the places she describes are in our backyard. The "Burg" is 15 minutes away with the very best Italian restaurants.

I really like all of her books... I'm reading 10 Big Ones for the third time..(It is my candy before bed reading) The first time I read it I cried from laughing so hard in the scene where they were trying to torture that gang member and stuck a needle between his toes.. That was about the funniest thing I've read in years! Can't wait for the next one!

Ok, after reading these recommendations I decided to try this series and am now ... completely hooked. I took the recommendation to start at the beginning and have already gone through the first 4 books and am currently reading "High Five". Great characters, great details, her books are so much fun!!!

As if I don't already have a million books on my nightstand(and in all three drawers of my nightstand AND three dresser drawers - all patiently waiting to be read!!!)...I am definitely going to check these out. With this many people raving, they've got to be good!

So I was at the fragrance counter looking for a new scent and the lady suggested Bulgari for women.

I just cracked up. Then I asked her if anyone had ever mentioned the Stephanie Plum novels.

She said, oh, yes, you would be surprised by how many people want to see what Ranger smells like.
