  • The Time Traveler's Wife, by Audrey Niffenegger

This was a great book! At its heart, it's a wonderful love story between Henry and Clare. Henry has Chrono-Displacement disorder, meaning that he time-travels (to both past and future). Although the storyline jumps back and forth between times and places as Henry time travels, it works very well and I didn't find it at all confusing. I though the book was beautifully written, and the characters were wonderfully developed. I would highly recommend this book, it's a terrific read!

Just wanted to add that I completely agree with the review below. The book was excellent (and I tend to be a harsh critic)!!!

I've been on the library waiting list for this book forever! I can't wait to read it, I've heard some people say they loved it and some say they couldn't quite get into it. I'm going to go check where I am in line right now.

The Time Traveler's Wife, by Audrey Niffenegger

I am an avid reader and this book quickly found its way to my list of favorite 3. It's tough to break into the top bracket, but this book slid gracefully in. No contest, one of the best books I've read in years.

I've got about 6 books going right now, but once I started this one I focused only on it. Towards the end I was crying ...

          It's a good book.

I knew you guys would have something on this. I just finished my last book and pulled out this one. But I let it sit for the last 24 hrs not wanting to take a chance on wasting the time to read it if it wasn't much good. With these great reviews I'm going to open it now!

When you explain to people what this book is about it sounds not so good, but it really was a great book. I cried through a lot of it too.
