By Candace Bushnell, the author of Sex and the City.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. I am so glad I only paid $1 for it at goodwill. It was about a shallow woman with seemingly no soul who seems to succeed by spending too much money that she doesnt have, and having sex with ugly but powerful men. It was borderline depressing- it depicted women as needing to have sex to suceed, and men as only interested in women for sex.
