This book follows a similar storyline from several books I've read recently. A group of women at different stages in life form a book club which meets monthly. By the end of the book their lives are all turned upside down and they find themselves leaning on each other for support and encouragement. While the story itself isn't terribly unique, I found myself beginning to really care about the different characters and actually had trouble putting the book down.
