Both of these books were written by Malcolm Gladwell, they're sort of along the lines of Freakonomics where the author uses psychological and sociological theories to explain behaviors and phenomena.
Blink is about the process of making snap judgements and how quickly we can make decisions, and The Tipping Point is about how some thing/person/action can "tip" into an epidemic or fad. I found The Tipping Point to be more interesting, but enjoyed them both.
