Independent movie (I think). About a married sex therapist who has never gotten the big "O". She counsels a gay couple who suggest she come to a nightclub called Shortbus. She meets a dominatrix who tries to help her. A lot of REAL, graphic sex, but the movie is no way porn. It's more character profiling and relationship exploration. Interesting movie. DH actually watched it with me.

Re: Shortbus
I thought this was good, too. (Though it wasn't my idea to watch it in the first place.) After the opening montage I was like "holy crap, is this whole moving going to be like this??" and the answer is NO. The opening part is the most WTF part, I think.
It's by the same guy who did Hedwig and the Angry Inch. If you liked that movie you'd probably like this one, and if you liked this one, you should definitely see Hedwig, which I think is better.
