Am I really the first person on here to review this? Could it be that I'm the only person who didn't know how badly this translated to film? The whole "field guide" theme was annoying / stupid. The most insane things Mrs. X asked Nanny to do in the book were not in the film. It was a good, fun book that was totally lost on film.

    Bummer.

ITA. I saw last week, but never even thought about reviewing it. Opps.

The reviews have been horrible all over and it only lasted a few weeks in theaters, so I'm waiting until it's on cable and I have nothing better to do.

I watched this a while ago and I guess I never bothered to post a review because it was just so...disappointing? I read the book and really enjoyed it, but the movie was just kind of a mess.

Bummer, I was looking forward to this movie because I enjoyed the book so much. Oh well, I should've figured it wouldn't be as good as the book...
